Apprenticeship Program

All stylists gain a chair in our Salon upon completion of the Apprenticeship Program and become a Junior Stylist. Our Apprentices learn the basics of hair color technique, color theory, and color technology under the guidance of Educational Director, Stephanie Baxter. Junior Stylists train weekly in the theory of hair color and hair cutting as well as receive hands on experience with mannequins and live models. Our Senior Stylist are advancing their skills by attending seasonal salon classes and seminars as a team.
